Please use this template:

Name - What is your ingame name?
STEAM-ID - What is your STEAM-ID?
Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be?
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned?

Time - How long were you banned for?
Story - What happend?
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened?
Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban.

Looks more like he holds a grudge against the bhood then we against him.
but first lets show that this guy is known to do stuff under the map.

you are known to do stuff that is against the rules. and you do not accidently fall under the map. you do it on purpose i have seen you doing it before and verbally warned you for it before as well.
