Story - What happened?
I will start with the disrespect, While I was running away from thunder gunning a bank dupe I was shot in the back by a cop. I was blindly mad and said some things I deeply regret and have apologized to him many times! The second time I call someone an ahole because his base was getting raided and I was in a whole different district but I had my RPG equipped because my friend and I were testing our build with special weapons. Then the guy takes morphine and amphetamine and just runs and kills me with my phys gun out in a whole different district?!? The second part, mass rule breaking! I broke 1 rule prop climb which was entirely my fault. BUT if you look at my F6 I only have 1 warning in the past month. Now for the first disrespect I am extremely sorry and it was very rude. But calling someone an a hole? Would that tip the scale for a 3 week ban?

I feel it was really unnecessary and I'm sorry for some of the things I did do and I already was punished (no longer mod) but I still get a 3 week ban?

i have had so many complaints about this guy that i decided to spectate this fellah. and i saw him break so many rules which of a few i have on tape and some i dont and some the rest had on tape or screenshots

. you broke so many damn rules it sickens me . and you probably felt it comming because you resigned before i could get you demoted.

He mugs some one with public by standers there for the road was not secluded and not out of the public eye.
then he RDM's the public by stander.

There is so much more this guy has done that i have seen him do and i sadly let him get away with it because he just got mod and i thought he would stop but he did not . and i regret that i did not take action before.
but atleast here is the evidence i have that supports my ban.
