I apologize if you feel me, toerag, and salty have bullied you in anyway, but this is not the case at all.
I was called in by you, as you asked for a Super Admin to hear over what had happened, you explained your story, toerag explained his. You had intentionally ran over for two people, for fun as you had said, but after being warned for it once or twice, you realized it wasn't funny.
After you had rammed 2 people intentionally as you had said, you went downtown around 30 seconds later, and ran over another 2 people, adding up to 4 total CDM's in a matter of 40 seconds.
Toerag before taking action checked the logs, and you had been warned 2 times for CDM, before the two intentional CDM's, as well as the 2 accidental CDM's, which occured because of lag as you had explained multiple times.
After all of this, you were pulled into an admin sit by Toerag, you explained what happened and were banned. You then came onto the teamspeak, and we talked about it, we let you explain your story multiple times.
We were completely professional about the situation, we were explaining to you what you did wrong, but you didn't see how you lagging and ramming multiple people was your fault, we explained to you that it was your account, your player, your person, but you still continued to not co-operate after an in-depth analysis of what you did wrong.
I've talked to Toerag and decided to reduce your ban to
7 Days, as 3 weeks was a bit extreme. We hope these 5 days will allow you to realise what you did wrong, even though you might not have meant to lag, you still caused trouble and pain for a lot of people.
Everyone makes mistakes, and we understand you couldn't help that you lagged, but after being warned multiple times before hand you still were driving on the roads, even admitting to previous experiences of lag while driving that day, being told to stop driving before your ban.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? No, why do you admins expect us to record 24/7.
As for this, we ask for proof in appeals and ban requests to prove their claims, if a player reports a staff or player for RDM, but provides no proof, how do we know he RDM'd?
Because they would say that I cdmed 5 people then it turned to 6 people. then 4 people.
Not the case, you kept changing your story multiple times adding one or two more people randomly to your story, and then removing them from the story in other explanations.
Then I asked them to read my logs to me and they said no and their reason was that they were staff, I deserve to know what I did.
Logs are not permanent for staff, if a player is killed in the logs when the staff checks the logs, that will be gone in around 6-10 minutes. Toerag explained how many people you killed in the admin sit before your were even banned.

This was reflecting your attitude in the teamspeak our entire conversation, I even had to give you a 1 hour ban for harassment. There is no general rule for what "Mass" is, it's more common sense for the admins discretion.
We hope these 7 days will give you time to realize what you did wrong, and to stop driving when the admin told you in the first place, as I've said above, you were told to stop driving to avoid issues like the lag you experienced, resulting in running over 2 more people.

Toerag and your ban appeal has been accepted, and reduced to 7 days.
