Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be? Can't remember who warned me
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? I got warned for proppushing
Server - What server did you get banned from?
Time - How long were you banned for? (I was warned)
Story - What happend? I was carjacking a car and I didn't notice but one of its tyres were stuck in the ground so I thought maybe if I used a prop I could get it out
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? No sorry
Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. I was a bit stupid for doing it
