Reason - Attempt to RDM warn due throwing incendiary granades and keep doing it for 5 roundsServer - ZARP TTT

Story - So, on the preparing of 5 rounds of 12 (i guess... it looked like 30 rounds to me lol) i threw incendiary granades, well i thew every granade on that map for seconds so it might go after the preparing time... But i didnt saw nobody dying there, it could damage but i didnt saw dead people, even after the round begins some people than stayed on that zone kept getting hurt until they leave that place... Actually wasn't dead people there, on the last time than i did it i was a traitor.

I stopped it about 1-2 rounds after that round... On the round i get banned, maxthegamer told than LineLiar was a traitor, but after it he told than was a mistake... Then i went to a machine who transforms corpses into melons, i get up there and Line joined me... Line "accidetally" pushed me with the crowbar close to the entrace of that machine, that machine would me kill if i felt on the hole, so i tried to kill him back, after of i pushing him about 2 times he felt into the machine entrance and died (irony, he was a traitor). But it might be RDM...

First, he tried to push me to a zone who was going to kill me, so, why not pushing him into the hole than he tried to push me into it?

After it i get banned...

Your argument of it not being RDM would be that you were throwing them before the round started. Grenades will still keep going even when the round started, meaning that (even though you get healed at the start of a round) it will still hurt the players standing in them after the round has started. The fact that it did not kill anyone does not allow you to keep doing it. There is absolutely no reason for you to throw incendiary grenades even before the round starts, since all it can do is hurt people for no good reason. Someone throwing an incendiary grenade isn't a valid KOS reason for nothing. Let me also note that you kept doing this in the area people spawned, and where AFK players could be. This was in plaza, which means everybody spawns in the same exact building.That shows that incendiary grenades are capable of killing people, and they are therefore KOS'able. While your incendiary grenades did not kill people in this case, it still could have easily happened. It's KOS'able, but you were an innocent which would make it traitor bait... which is also not allowed.The one round you did not do it was the round you RDM'd me. That means you did not stop 1 or 2 rounds before, even though I asked you not to do it numerous time before. I am pretty sure that I asked you at least 3 times to stop it, yet you ignored me and decided to go on anyway.

I did not push you into the machine that turns people/corpses into melons. You didn't come anywhere close to the opening and I definitely didn't mean to push you in in the first place. If you really thought that this was something worthy killing over, you would've whipped out a shotgun and shot me in the face right there. You didn't and instead pushed me into the thing for no good reason. Yes, I was a traitor but I had done nothing absolutely traitorous that is worth pushing me into a melonizer for.

The reason that this ban is completely valid in my eyes is because I asked you to stop it numerous times, and you kept doing it. Add up the fact that you were basically Mass Attempted RDM'ing and then also the last RDM with it. I have given you enough chances to redeem yourself and you decided to ignore that and not stop. Use a bit of common sense and you would easily find out that throwing incendiary grenades in the spawn area could result in attempted RDM, and it did. 5 days is being generous in my eyes. People shouldn't have to get out because Sammie likes to randomly throw incendiary grenades everywhere. Sometimes even bloking the exit and actually keeping people inside.

After speaking with the member of staff who banned you and taking the evidence into consideration, I'd say this ban and its duration is fair. You were on multiple occasions informally warned in-game to stop throwing incendiary grenades at the start of rounds, said warnings, you ignored. Your actions can be classed as multiple RDM/ Attempted RDM across several rounds. I'm also aware that this is not your first ban. You were banned almost 2 months ago for RDM + Leave + Disrespect and had the duration reduced from 10 days to 1. You frequently play on this server and should be well versed with the rules.

Thank you for taking the time to appeal your ban but on this occasion, we've decided to deny the appeal based on the grounds outlined above. As you are a regular player, I hope you will return after your ban and abide by the rules. ~

Leave= Wait you wanted than i stay on the server while i was unfairly warned and wait fairly while the others who made the RDM didnt get warned?!?!? It was the other ones who made rdm not me. First one tried to kill me so i had to kill me = No RDM
Second i was afk and went i get back i was a innocent killing a innocent so i killed the one who killed the other = NO RDM

Actually he wrote it on the chat, didnt used the warn code to warn me... I only get one formal warn... the rest wasnt with !warn... so i wasnt kicked from the server ... was insta banned... after "RDM" him
