TOPIC: I was banned for impossible behavior

A long time ago i got banned for behavior which was unacceptable and rude,
Namely the reason being For DDoS Threats and some counts of prop surf
I would like to say that i am sincerely sorry, is there anyway to get unbanned?
And if i do actually get unbanned thank you very much and i promise it wont happen again
