TOPIC: I get banned for 7day

i need help i get banned for 7days because i was with a admin talking about a problem then my gmod crashed i tryed to join in a hurry but i was banned for 7day i will like to be 1day or 2day but 7day with no warrent im really saad i need help from admin brother hitman jerry who banne me i need to know if you can just make it 1day or 2day i cant wait mate
