Story - I got on my computer and loaded up Garry's Mod to go and play on a ZARP server but before I did
I got a friends request from RandomdudeDK, he told me I had been banned and linked me to the Ban Request
that had been made by one of my "friends" called "Super Carla Runi Party". I was looking through the
evidence as I thought there is no possible reason I could be banned for but there were screen shots of
chatlogs, chatlogs that didn't show the full conversation, what had been said after what I had of said.

The first reason [DDoS]:
I always like to make anyone laugh but apparently Carla isn't a laugher. He said to me if I had DDoSed
him (I didn't bring this conversation up, he did.) as he lost connection but so did I as the Steam servers
went down, me being me, I thought saying "yes" was a good idea to his question, apparently not as he doesn't
think twice to why his friend would DDoS him, if he did, he would have known that I was joking.

The second reason [Disrespect & Offensive Language]:
Now I have to be honest as I do use a lot of expletive language but racism? No. That is ALL I'm saying and
if he DID have proof that I said "n****r fucking n****r" then clearly the KKK have tapped into my computer
and started typing racist things in the chatbox. Now for the next part, I'm calling TeddyBear a wanker. . .
Yes, I did as he killed me when I was a runner, but, fact of this matter is that we were all joking at this point,
having a laugh, simply doing what we do but I don't see the rest of these apparent "three" screenshots showing
what was said after this, I only see one. Now onto the next piece of evidence. I fully understand that disrespecting staff is not allowed, hence why I wouldn't do it. The evidence against me shows a member of staff leaving and then me saying "cunt. . .", why did I say this? I said this not to staff but to a runner who got past me as I was trying to say bye to the staff member.

Why I think this is a set-up.
Carla gets others involved, he got "TeddyBear" involved and they must have pre-planned this all because it would
take more than a couple seconds to get Garry's Mod into window mode, download some screen capture software and get the chatlogs instantly captured when the time was right. Carla had it in for me, taking screenshots at everytime it
would look like I have broken a rule when in fact, I didn't. There aren't any screenshots after what the chatlogs say which is my point exactly, they don't show what is actually going on. Also, he asks me a specific question "Did you DDoS me?" because he lost
his connection. Steam servers are always going down and I feel like he asked this because he wanted to ask a question that would
get me banned if I said "yes" to which he knew I would reply yes because, well, I like to joke a lot. How am I supposed to know if
he's asking a real question? He doesn't punctuate his sentence, he doesn't spell correctly, I thought that it wasn't a real
question.

I would like to apologise for the inconvinence caused and I think that this ban is totally out of order, however, I
understand if this appeal gets declined as I have no solid evidence (Screenshots, links etc.) to combat the ban
I've been issued. I just couldn't believe that someone would go through all this effort just to try and get me banned,
Carla, who still has me on their friends list (at the moment this was wrote). You might think it's crazy me trying
to appeal for a ban with DDoS and Disrespect but I wouldn't have appealed if I actually cared about the server, I wouldn't
try my hardest to get unbanned and I wouldn't have spent time and commitment into this appeal so please consider this appeal
and I would like to thank you for taking your time to read it.

Reading the bottom I had a moment in star wars it went a little like this "ITS A TRAP"

First

When Carla Asked you that Did you DDoSed Him you replied 'Yes' Twice Doesn't looks like a joke
Even if it was a joke Most of people will not take that as a joke
Which leads to ban Reason 'DDoS'

Second

When KingofSaiyans was leaving you basically called him a c*nt
Which isn't very nice especially when it is a Staff member that started not that long ago

I talked to RandomDudeDK and the final verdict is; accepted.

We'll reduce the ban to 1 day; in the mean time, you can look over the rules and read on about how DDos jokes can lead to something more severe.
