first off you need a template:

Name - (What is the accused person's name?)
Steam-ID - (What is the accused person's Steam-ID?)
Evidence of Steam-ID - (Screenshot or video of the accused players Steam-ID)
Server - (What server was this on?)
Time and date (CET) - (When did it happend?)
Other comments - (Anything else you want to add?)
Reason - (What rules did the person break?)
Story - (What happened?)
Proof - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.)

second you need proof that he was part of this as it is most important.

If you want to ban a player; you will have to have good evidence to do so.

Why didn't you make a ban request earlier?

Anyways, you have to follow the template or this is going to be instantly denied. Doesn't matter if you cannot remember the information. No Template = No Ban

The reason I "told" you to do so is because you were harassing me following me with grenades saying "you dare me to blow those people up?" Constantly, he only reason I said "I dare you then" is so you would stop and leave me alone. Also earlier would you care to explain why you were on the forums with an alt account spammIng ( the account name was "pussy something something" spamming and trolling I do not know what I have done to you for you to dislike me and try to do this against me. I can reassure you a lot of people on this server know that I do not RDM and I am very trusted.

I never said weren't on together. I remember asking to. On Skype wanna come on my favourite server with me. You responded yeah sure. When we got on things started out smooth the. You found the grenade npc and started throwing grenades at people, after about 5 minutes you started trying to drag me into it and we're asking me who to blow up. Every time I said no you had a different person for me apt decide to blow up. Constantly you were asking me and constantly I was saying NO! I got so bored of you asking so I said go on then reluctantly. Did I think to would do it? No. I do not see how this is my fault that YOU threw the grenade...

I am going to stop replying to this as nobody wins arguments.
