Story - there was this bp store that was crowded and had many people inside it, so i threw a grenade inside and it LITERALLY didn't KILL anyone, the grenade bumped the wall and came back, then the admin saw me and said im gonna perma ban u for mass rdm, and suddenly a black screen popped up with blue text written saying im getting perma banned and i did. The admin didnt even give me time to explain, he just went on a ban spree.
Proof - no sorry, i dont record.
Extra information - I really hope i can get unbanned because i donated to the server several times and it is my favorite server of all time, and all my friends play on it, and i get heartbroken every time i see them enjoy it without me. Thank you for you're time.

Doesn't matter if you donated several times, you'll be treated the same as everybody else. He banned you for Mass RDM which also counts as Mass Attempted RDM, but you can just make the reason Mass RDM to make it shorter.

I'm pretty sure he banned for for the Attempted RDM meaning, so that's why you're banned.

Ey, even if I killed everybody, don't u think perma ban is way too much?

Possibly, I'll speak to Glacial about this, but it's the admin's decision on how long to ban you for.

Perma is quite normal for this though, so don't get your hopes up.

I've spoken to Glacial about this and we have both decided to reduce your ban time to 1 month.
