It just seems that you do not care, with your previous bans you were given a template and what to do yet you failed to use the template, you haven't edited it, you haven't provided us proof, how do you think we'll be able to help you without this ? And it seems like you were lying

Therefore I'm denying it, next time follow the template if you want to get unbanned or use the demotion template and provide proof
