Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be? Console

Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? Apparently I used hacks but I lent my account out at this time to my nephew

Server - What server did you get banned from? Server 2

Time - How long were you banned for? Permanently
Story - What happend? I came on my account tonight and went to come on zarp and I've been banned for hacking

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? I do not have any proof

Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. I do not have any
