Valkerix should have not been banned [ FULLSTOP ]

Perm! Seriously? I understand what he said may have been stupid and deserved a ban, but perm! Banning him for life was just stupid and he SHOULD be Unbanned! He was always a respectful player and never tried to abuse staff... He only said that to [TC-C] Dallas because we were basing with the Harper Family and The Cult, the [TC-C] Dallas comes along and secretly PM's his gang mates telling them to turn on us ( The Saints } which really got Valkerix angry! That is the only reason why Valkerix said that to Dallas... He doesn't even know how to ddos! Valkerix stated " Zarp is my favourite server and to prove that, i even donated to the server! I love this server and hope to one day become Mod Or Even Admin!"

Valkerix should be UNBANNED and i am sure some people would agree that valkerix was a great, kind and respectful player!

I didn't even make a ddos threat, that's the thing!

CodComedy i have already told you i never made a ddos threat to anyone! i already know its a illegal, if you think that saying is this your ip? in pm is a ddos threat then you are wrong.

When we were chatting today in skype we were talking about this topic and then i asked why was it a sudden movement that everyone thought i was saying a "ddos threat" to him and then he said that if you send a moderator or admin or anyone like that's ip to them it comes off as a ddos threat or something like that. To be honest i would have even sent his ip to him in pm if it would cause to much trouble i would of maybe sent it in steam or skype.

So what I got out of this:
He knew Dallas' IP from playing Hamachi, and apparently it displayed in Skype. He then messaged him in Skype (I think) asking "Is this your IP?" With NO MENTION OF DDOS.

If there was NO MENTION OF A DDOS, then WHY was he banned for a DDOS threat, when he never even said "DDOS"?

Exactly. But i didn't message him in Skype i messaged him in PM.

Those people who have 1-3 posts. Dont count as +Supports to me.

I sas you replied on my reply. And when I read it I was shocked. You can't take those things "funny". This is unacceptable. And nobody will unban you with 0 proof. You should get some or talk with the admin on TS.

And it doesn't matter howmuch people support you. Whitout proof or witnesses you can't really +support someone.

To be honest i'm shocked because i never did anything to you SlenderMan i always respected you, still i do not know why i was banned for posting a IP in PM chat, i do have witnesses since some people were in the Skype call talking to me when i got banned. Since i have been on ZARP for only 3-4 months i have donated to the server because as someone posted "ZARP is his favorite server. I was talking to Dallas yesterday and i was talking to him about this topic and i said these exact words "IF i do get unbanned i would probably change my ways forever on ZARP", since i have been banned those last 3 days i have only been wanting to get unbanned so i have checked the forum everyday since i got banned checking if anyone has put any +SUPPORT or -SUPPORT or just ACCEPTED or DENIED. Also SlenderMan i forgot to tell you that (not having a go at your or anything) no witnesses.

I've read your appeal, and read the responses from the other members of the community on your appeal. You're claiming this to be only a "IP-paste in PM", I see no evidence to support this claim.

Due to the lack of evidence, and the fact that a DDOS thread is very serious I have decided to..
