So what I got out of this:
He knew Dallas' IP from playing Hamachi, and apparently it displayed in Skype. He then messaged him in Skype (I think) asking "Is this your IP?" With NO MENTION OF DDOS.

If there was NO MENTION OF A DDOS, then WHY was he banned for a DDOS threat, when he never even said "DDOS"?
