TOPIC: [Unwarn Request] Dezmond Deathrun

Story - So my friend was talking to me that he wanted to apply for deathrun staff and he asked if I could send him the link of mine. I tab out of Gmod and go onto the forums and get him the link. When I tab back in I find that I am a death and we are in the final arena. When I spawn as a runner I start to move and then I am slain and warned by Magic Turtle for 'Death avoiding'. I asked him how this was death avoiding as it was for only the one round and he kept saying I was lying and making up excuses. I then tabbed out to type this and because I went afk he said 'I'm I going to have to warn you again.
Proof - N/A
Extra information - Everyone in the server (including 2spooky4me) said that it was probably a mistake and it was a bit harsh.

I will be making a separate post for this but we have proof that Magic Turtle is actually exploiting glitches as staff.

My God, this days I see more and more warnings of "Death avoiding".

not every one in the server said it was harsh only spooky but he didn't even say it was harsh.He said it might of been a mistake .Also no proof so you could of just made the story. Also i said are you death avoiding again ? as you were aft s death a round after i never said im going to warn you.

All right I have a lot of proofish. But first here is the story...

Dezmond was talking like he said and when the 13 second win timer started he came back on. He then moved and magic turtle assumed it was death avoid and warned him straight away with no questioning. I told him it was a mistake and i've done it before. yes great story right! anyway i have all the proof of the warn and everyone in the server saying it was a mistake.

Are you seriously not aloud to go afk in deathrun?
plus you can just slay them

I would just like to say Magic Turtle is the biggest hypocrite.
I come back on deathrun after going out and my friend says he has being afk for over 3 rounds.

I don't need screenshots to prove that he was AFK.
He has been AFK for most of the last map as well.

You can take my word, or throw it in a basket and foul upon it.
There's more "Unwarn requests" for deathrun than any server combined.

He just got killed for being afk as death and then magically he comes back.

I honestly think that magicturtle should've simply put more thought into his decision before he did anything..

1. Check if the person is not afk as a runner multiple times
2. wait for him to be death and see if he's afk
3. Try asking him about it to see if he's actually afk, he may or may not respond
4. if he comes back proceed to ask him about it
5. See if he is or if he's not afk while being a runner after his death round.
6. A warning and a slay when the player is a runner should only be given after you've made sure that it is deathavoid based on the following:
-His response to the questions
-Another round of him being afk as death

Or if the player is not afk and just running around:

1. Simply try to ask him to not avoid death.
2. If he continues i'll warn him and slay him when he's a runner.. as simple as that..

This is kind of what i go through i guess..
