Reason - "Exploit and Disrespect".
Server - SSRP #2
Time - 2 weeks
Story - I have absolutely no idea. I join, go hitman, in the hospital, die for some reason while afk, go afk again for dinner (we had pizza yo) and come back with a 2 week ban in my face for "exploiting and disrespect". I have no idea on wtf happened; my guess is they accidentally b& the wrong target. plshalp
Proof - None. I was afk.
Extra information - As before. Completely unexpected.

Yes, I did. And even admitted doing so.
That being said, I'd like to have this removed for various reasons.
1) As said, an admin only warned me for failrp for doing that and I stopped doing that ever since.
2) If I commit an apparently illegal act, despite no rules against it, infront of numerous admins & mods, maybe I thought that since no one gave a shit (minus gavin as mentioned) it was allowed but was just some sort of game hack?
3) Most of this evidence is over the span of 5 days. Doesn't everyone accumulate a similar amount of errors in that period of time? If I were to be warned once for every crime I'd committed, they'd be reset in 5 days.

Adding to that, my "fagit" insults did not offend anybody.
You know how you usually insult your friends in a friendly way, and they just laugh with it? And not get offended?

I even called Slapy. A moderator. A "fagit."
Did he get offended? ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Actual insults from me include proper grammar and usage of better terms. An example? "It was not RDM, you fucking hooligan, I was raiding you."
Would I have kept calling people fagits if a mod/admin told me to shut up? ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Did I try to offend people? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Minus those against you, that is.
Yknow, for dealing justice by yourself and RDMing rule breakers which mods repeat 109213 times daily not to do?
Or for saying "Im not a douche anymore " and beginning said path with revenge RDM?

Common sense would also include not revenge-RDMing people in the name of "justice". There's plenty of people who, upon having a hit placed on, have a friend/gang member kill them to then share the money. Guess I should've done that, eh?

I got a two-week ban for something which happened 5 days ago. I have all the right to be angry at this.
And no, I do not have proof. Why? I don't get this obsessed over someone breaking minor rules. And hey, in your own screenshots there's messages about you RDMing people for "Justice."
The "no recent warnings" argument also applies to me.
Both our crimes happened 5 days ago. I've seen proppushers get graced from a permaban and I get a two-week one just because I "disrespected" people (who didnt feel disrespected at all) and broke the "failrp" thing four times?
Let me clear this: the failrp things, considering they've been done in the time ark of probably 1-2 days, would've gotten me a warn ban. Nowhere near as long as two weeks, as far as I know.
And sorry if I call someone who I witness RDMing people a mingebag. That's how most rule breakers in the server are treated, even by respectable players. lets just ban the server ayyyy

When people accused you of RDMing, you said "Justice". Which was just a glorified version of revenge RDM.
Say "he proppushed me". That works better. Shit, I'm on that opinion. I did not see the screenshots, so I thought you were in the wrong considering your reputation having lower levels than Walter's. All I saw was Walter being murdered for no reason. If that were to happen to me, I'd be pissed, but not going to report him.

And you say that's recent. Said term would be correct if it applied to an IRL crime, not the breaking of a rule of a virtual game.

That means I got warned most likely the day I stopped doing that, aka 3-4 days ago. If you place a warn ban which lasts 2 weeks for that, Stalin's proud.

I have been going over your case with your banning administrator and we have come to the following decision:

I dont feel like you are really appealing your ban in this case, but ratherly continuing to deny that you have done anything wrong as TJ says. However you did do something wrong, you have been continuily harrashing members of the community and breaking server rules and attempting justifying it in ways such as "Well everyone else is doing it" wont help you. You need to realise that you have done something wrong, in order to start improving yourself, a ban is what the staff team uses to push you towards this realisation, and to me it does not seem like you have reached this point yet, you may appeal your ban once again when you are truly sorry for your actions.

I have been truly sorry for what I did since I realized why I got banned.
It's part of my nature (italian heritage :^)) to always try and climb on mirrors even if everyone knows jackshit's going to change. I was angry, for a two-week ban could easily destroy my easter holidays and I lost control. Completely.
Can I blame CodComedy for what he did? Nope. Apologies for the "im not obsessed over blabla" part. Went into a 12 year old virtual tantrum. The offended part? Maybe they are offended/slightly bothered but just don't want to answer as that could've triggered more offensive phrases.
I'm a bit of a self-centered mingebag at times, and I ignore what everyone else might think.
Did I learn my lesson? Yes. Stop using any kind of insult, respect common sense and change server when a mod is on ask moderators first should I be unsure about something rather than going on my instinct (considering said thing got me b&)
I'm one who learns quickly, trust me on that one.
Please, accept my appeal. I'm truly sorry for my behavior and I apologize on my behalf. Most of the time I'm not serious at all, but when I do, my seriousness is usually mixed with anger giving birth to cataclysms like these.
