TOPIC: unban appeal

I am going to be completely honest.

You did each and every single thing here (the admin forgot nlr). I Was online at the time and you were calling everyone a nigger in voice chat and rdming the shit out of me and some other folks.

ive stopped now(i know this gets said a lot) but im not now and if i get unbanned i will prove it by not getting another warn

Lewins has changed alot in the past thew weeks (i can tell)
Jack had a reason to ban him maybe he will reducse the ban maybe no head team needs to decide that
He is a nice guy was a mass rule breaker in the past YES IN THE PAST (breaks a phew rules here and there but no Mass rdm and propblok ANY MORE and breaking rules like RDM and NLR do most of the people that not have been here for a long while)
and thats the reason why he got perma banned

Sorry for the wait but here is my formal response.

The reason I banned you was for your actions that occurred a little bit ago. The reason I have only just now banned you is that I have been busy and haven't been able to get around to it and I was just recently reminded of it when I was looking through my stuff and I found everything from the incident which is in part the reason you are now banned. The first reason you are now banned is that when I originally tried to ban you the ban glitched and somehow didn't ban you. I found this out because after I banned you I saw your ban appeal for another permanent ban on server 2 not even an hour later. Let me remind you of rule 1.5.

You clearly knew you were banned from the ZARP SSRP servers because I told you I was banning you. You also had 5 warns from me in the span of 30 minutes which, I don't know how was possible, but the logs don't lie. After your 5th warning you were continuing to be extremely disrespectful and break rules. You disrespected staff in chat, RDM'd staff on duty in clearly in F1's as we were on the ledge by spawn admins use for F1 situations. You shot us, threw grenades at us, and continued to kill us even after <strong>5</strong> warnings not to mention you also prop-blocked spawn which you received another warn for. The reason I did not immediately ban you at the time of those rule breaks was because I was trying to handle a staff situation and you kept interfering. After I finished handling my situation I turned my attention towards you and your friend (which was also trolling in the same ways, received warns, and was banned) and I told you both that I was going to ban you as that behavior is not acceptable in any means on this server. I firstly talked to and banned your friend. I then talked to you and told you that I was banning you and I proceeded to do so nd I confirmed you had prior knowledge that you knew SSRP bans apply to both servers and if you are banned from one you are banned from the other. There is no mistaking you clearly knew you were banned. However right after that ban I now see that you went immediately on server 2 and started breaking more rules and trolling and disrespecting the staff there which you were then, again, permanently banned for just an hour later. When I was reminded and finally got around to re-banning you I decided to check the warns you have gotten since then when you were supposed to be banned to consider it for the ban length because I seriously considered not permanently banning you if I saw that you had learned from getting banned. I was very disappointed to see countless more warns for things such as RDM, disrespecting staff, and many of the same offenses you committed against me for me to initially ban you. Thus I permanently banned you as that type of behavior is simply not acceptable for this server and only creates countless problems for staff and players. The last reason for me banning you now is that you never received the punishment you deserved from me as my ban did not go through and then I was very busy for a time. I see now that after my initial ban that didn't go through you had absolutely no intention of changing your ways and not even a permanent ban would make you stop and think maybe I shouldn't be breaking all of these rules and disrespecting staff. However this was not the case and continued to do it without a second thought regarding the problems it created for other players and many staff members that had to deal with you. It is simply selfish to break rules and disrupt players role-play and disrespect the staff that dedicate their free time to try and make these servers a better place for you, the players. You took playing on our servers for granted as all you wanted to do was break rules and disrespect staff. Playing on our servers is not a right of yours to take for granted it is a privilege for those who choose to follow the rules of our servers and respect the ones dedicating their own free time to make the servers better for the players of the server like yourself.

Taking all of that into consideration even though you clearly do not deserve it I am willing to have a talk with you on steam and discuss your future behavior and attitude on the server. If I feel you truly have changed I will discuss your temporary ban length as you still never did receive the punishment you deserved from me after your actions and will still be receiving a ban for a period of time.
