TOPIC: Leeeeeon Unban Appeal [DarkRP]

Reason - "Mass RDM" and "Leaving to avoid punishment"

Server - ZARP DarkRP

Time - Permanent

Story - So i didnt realise i cannot have any weapon as a priest, i understand that now, i had a pistol and i was shooting windows from the top of a building not at anybody i was just bored, the police arrive and try to arrest me, this is when the "Mass RDM" started happening, teh police had their arrest batons out and were swinging them at me, i shot the police chief and another cop and killed them, they returned to not arresting me but shooting me so i killed them a second time therefore it wasn't rdm as it wasn't random it was in self defense, Kapjam was a cop at the time and was walking near the area of the chief at that moment in a building across the street from me with some people, the chief was firing so i shot the police chief and kapjam, kapjam was the only person that could have been considered an RDM victim as he wasn't shooting. I then got pulled to the middle of spawn by kapjam (the cop i shot) he started saying i cant have a gun as a priest, as he was talking to me about the issue he had my internet reset (it does this everyday at 17:20 its a set reset) i return a minute later and tell a moderator that my internet disconnected and that i was back, (i didnt know that the cop was kapjam and he was sorting the situation out untill after i got banned when i got the ban message). The moderator asked me who the admin was and i said i didnt know, he then responded in typing that he didnt know what to do then, so i decided to just wait and see what would happen, i thought kapjam was just going to pull me back to spawn or an admin zone and question me about what happened as i returned and then punish me, 20 minutes later i got banned and decided to appeal.

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? No i wasnt recording

Extra information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. I understand now that guns are not allowed as a priest and will not do that again, but defending myself against police shouldn't be considered mass rdm as it wasn't random as they said i was getting arrested.

First of all the ban was changed to 1 day (it only apeared permanant because i got killed when typing and i accidently banned you when i was copying the ban)

Ok.... so heres my story of it

My friend pm'd me saying someone RDM'd him and since i had time i teleported to him and asked him whats up while dealing with the f1 i was sniped by Leon while being dead i saw many other officers get killed while avenging my death. Then i teleported leon to spawn and asked him while i was killed and then he started talking about how i apparently went towards him to arrest him when I didn't, i was just dealing with the RDM situation and then I tell him that Priests cannot posses a weapon and just before warning him he leaves, I wait abit and then when he rejoined i banned him.

Interernet reset or not you left while being punished and thats it still seen as leaving to avoid punishment.

Hello Leon, i'm spoke to Kapijam about this ban and he told me that you're not permanently banned, you're banned for a single day. There will be no action taken in this case.

Note: the reason it was permanent is because he got killed while he was banning you, but then he changed it to 1 day.
