TOPIC: [CLOSED] Random Ban - Speaking German in OOC

Hey,
I was playing GMod today on your RP Server.
As i spoke german in OOC a player said, that i can't do that. Because i got RDMed before and decteded a propblock, I asked him to shut up.
After that, he asked me if I would get banned. I laughted about that, because i knew, that you can't get banned for speaking german in OOC. So i said in IRONY: Yes, sure.
After 2 mins. i got banned for the reason .
