TOPIC: [Unban Request] Rythium - Zarp DarkRP

Just 5 minutes ago, i was on Zarp DarkRP and was showing my base off to a friend who wished to buy it off me. I spawned it by the fountain in spawn, just to show my friend who bought it off me for 65k. Later, after removing the base - i was hit by a 1 day ban for 'Floating base + FailRP'.
This came as a shock to me, as i didn't even get to speak to an admin before the ban hit. I recieved no warnings, or even justification for the 'FailRP'.
I was banned by | Z | Nexize, And i feel that this ban was a bit heavily handed to me. Surely, if the admin had just TP'd me and warned me it would have been better?

I hope we can get this sorted out, as i do plan to play on Zarp Today.

I will tell you what happend.
I was in an F1 about you having a big gun as Citizen. The user had a screenshot of you.
I was about to tp you and checked the User List but you left the Server obviously.

One minute later I got an F1 about you having a Skybase+Building on the Street as Citizen.
Also here the User had screenshots of it. As I knew that you're not online, I went for the ban for both rulebreaks.

I talked with you in Skype and explained you that already. I do think you should wait out the ban since it is only 1 day.

Firstly, I didn't leave the server? Can I get an admin to check the logs please? There were no warnings, I was just hit with a ban. This is something most players would be dealt with in game. So why should I be banned for it?

Yes, but the fact is that I didn't leave the server until I was forced off with the ban. So as a result of the ban being placed for reasons beyond my control I think the ban should be lifted

And at the end of the day, you have issued me a ban for something that would give a player only 2 in game warnings for. What I have been banned for would not even give a player a kick.
