Story - Me Paco,Mason, Reebok were making a private base war thing just to mess about and i put a hotdog on top of their base (because we came up with this holy hotdog story) and suddely Rayman1919 warned me and paco for camera abuse (Paco used a camera and i didnt)
Proof - Mason and reebok were in the oposite base and they saw the hotdog through the window
Extra information - This is not fair the admin had no proof of anything just because he saw paco use it he just assumed i did it too....

Okay, so i gonna tell what happened.
After we accepted you on forums, did the server start lag, and i saw in console that Paco2, was spawning props (alot) so i start throught that he was going to propspam. SO. i was saying that in TS3 in the staff meeting. so 3 staff did spectate Paco2 because of that. 2 admins and 1 superadmin. they all 3 saw you and paco Camera Abuse

No offence or anything do you really think i would break rules on the day i got moderator?
I used a hotdog, just because my hotdog prop was going towards the base at the same time as paco's camera dosent mean i did anything...
I swear on the life of all thats dear to me i did not camera abuse i dont even know how to spawn in a camera.
I am speaking the absolute truth and i wont ever stop until the warning is revoked.... i didnt camera abuse!

Do you have any Valid proof like pictures,video? Etc.

The only proof i can get it the people that were in the base who saw the hotdog through the window. How was i suppose to get any other proof?

He is not likely for him to have proof at this point because he was warned "Out of the blue" is what he is stating so, I presume that there is no evidence of him doing what he is saying, However witnesses do not count so, no evidence, no Unwarn (My guess)

Even though thats a serious topic .. I had to laugh because of that hotdog Story. Amazing who takes a hotdog prop and let it fly through someones base , like for real

Acutally the base war was about taking hotdog from base to base we need to take 1 hotdog from enimies the first anyway CAPTURE LE FLAG

If this was after KapiJam Was "Accepted" then i would say you guys need to bring the proof, not him, and bring it to the attention of a super admin, but i dont know how the policy is around this area, i could imagine that weve never dealed with this kind of situation before.

Pretty certain that it should be a SA to give out tier warnings to staff breaking rules or abusing. If he was actually camera abusing then it should have been recorded and given to a SA so they could deal with it and not be handled there and then by giving out a warning.

I think his warning should be removed as he is a moderator and he should be trusted. If he isn't trusted then why would you guys accept his application in the first place. Not only does this give the staff a pretty bad reputation but it doesn't exactly achieve much by giving out a warning in-game anyway. There is always at least one SA online on the TS at most times of the day and I am pretty sure they would've helped deal with it.
