Just A small question , is this a ban appeal ( Ban appeal means that you want to get unbanned after being banned ) or is this a ban request

If its a Ban Request , then use this template instead , Edit : Wait a sec , where the hell is the Ban Request template? ill just give u the template that i used in my ban request a month ago
