TOPIC: Dreamwicca - Un ban appeal [DR]

Reason - Staff disrespect/not listening to staff

Server - Server 1 and 2 on deathrun

Time - Perma ban since around 2-4 weeks ago

Story - accidentally map exploited because i didnt pay attention to what mods were saying about how the map secret is now considered exploiting, and while i was arguing my case (because i didnt realise it was exploiting) a player started ranting at me saying i was leeching or delaying while i was trying to sort what happened out so i swore at him (by this point i was angry) so i got warned again for player disrespect (by brian_griffin). so i was a little cheesed off and changed servers to the 2nd server, while in private chat to brian i was ranting on about how i thought that most admins go around with a stick up their butt. (not knowing that he was forwarding all this onto tom). another admin (im not sure) saw that i was angry in the server and asked what was up and i said something on the lines of "brian is being abit of a dick/cunt" and then i got banned from the server for massive staff disrespect and not following staffs orders.

Proof - Im not sure there's any proof on this but im pretty sure tom can agree that i have admitted to everything that happened.

Extra information - It may not be 100% relevant but when i got banned it said "massive staff disrespect and not listening to staff" the thing was i was warned by staff but i didnt carry on exploiting (what was my 1st warning of that day.

Im sorry for what has happened and i have come to realise the error of my actions and i accept any punishment.

If only you would have changed your behaviour you couldve gotten a new chance but the way i saw you act 10mins ago on another server proves you are still the same.

I don't see any reason why you should be unbanned.

Yes i know i was like that on that server, nut on that server the rules are alot lets say "lighter" on the meaning of disrespect cuz the staff swear at each other heck everyone is swearing at everyone and also that is only one instance of me having a go at someone. but honestly you havent seen me over the past 2-4 weeks and just because the first time you actually see me u notice me cussing at someone it doesn't mean i haven't chenged. and honestly out of all the 70-80 hours ive played on zarp servers i haven't been always looking for trouble its just what i was like if someone comeplained about me id argue and that would end up with either one of me or the person im arguing with cussing it wasnt like id join zarp servers just to get into arguments with people. and the week be4 i got banned yes i was asking staff for warnings but i didnt actually break any rules exept for spamming what got me muted.

I have been talking to some other staff members.

I am willing to shorten the ban to 1 month. This punishment is more then diserved.

if you are truly sorry for your actions you will accept this and come back after this month.

If you don't we will all just have to move on.

Did you mean 1 month from this post or 1 month from when i was originally banned?

When you posted this your ban was changed to 1 month with what I said. So you should've first looked here before making a new thread.

I was just going off someone else's advice.
