Story - I dont know , i join the server and then i got warrning mass nlr , and then agin , and agin , then i was kicked out , i joined and get ban.

You were banned for multiple NLR violations.

Ifreaky can supply evidence of this through console logs.

It wasnt only me who was mass nlr... , some gun dealer was mass nlr with me then...
But can i get unban , mass nlr is not so bad like mass rdm

you just admitted to mass NLRing so why should you be unbaned exactly?
