Story - He begun a massive RDMing spree by shooting people in cars, killing them, then after a while, he started prop blocking people, and spawn.

The last few days I have been playing on the server (mainly 2) MiniMinecraft99 has always been either moaning about something in chat or getting moaned at ! such as RDA as police or complaining if he never gets voted as police and constant little things. Its as if he dosnt quite know the rules and needs to read over them if he does carry on playing.

Ill keep an eye out in the next few days and post evidence if I get any.
