Story - I have already posted a ban appeal, i've been told that i've been unbanned but I haven't. Another player was impersonating people and I reported him but I got banned for racism.

I've not been demoted. Not sure why you weren't unbanned, I asked someone to, as I was busy at the time. Will Unban As Soon As Possible.
