Story - I admit i did revenge kill but its really not random.. and also broke NLR because some kid killing me with props -.- .But i totaly dont avoid punish, everytime i get warn i solve it with admin..after all i normal log out nobody solving any problem with me... And than i want log in after 3 hours ang i get that funny window that says im perma banned.. Please help or at least answer thanks.

What you did isn't acceptable, you didn't even agologise at all. You clearly came on to minge not to RolePlay thus you deserve your ban.

no no.. thats not true im really sorry im playing on that server very long time, im played before you changed map... and now its back and i want play.. but theres a kids with props, theyre killing me, stealing my car... i was pissed off so thats why i broke NLR its really not true im not sorry or i didnt roleplay... please try to think about my position.. i just revenge that kids.. thats all.. and im sure im not the only one who did this.. im really sorry.. next time, im record it and post there... if will be some next time

As Chester said what you did is unnacteptable. Your recent behaviour in game ruined few people roleplay experience so therefor this is going to be DENIED.
