Reason - Well I Don't even remember playing on Server and whenever I'm trying to join it says I'm perma banned with reason "The Server" Da Hell?

For starters, maybe you should change the title to
[SSRP] Meow

That should help get it noticed faster, since mods now know it's about the SSRP server (change it to a different server if it wasn't SSRP).

I honestly have no clue to why nameful banned you. I believe he's still lurking the forums, so it'd be great if he could come check this out.

I remember you. You were playing on the server frequently (or someone on your Steam account).

I've had some problems with the banning system, whenever I typed the reason, it only showed half of it.
You were banned for crashing/trying to crash the server, but I can't help you since I'm not even an Admin anymore, sorry.
