Reason: It was a misunderstanding.
Story: I was defending our base between Erwingamer (he was the godfather and he was killing me btw he was gangster) Then erwin chanced he's job to SAS and a friend chanced to godfather and then he shot me. But all the other people he killed where over the KOS line.
Time: 16/05/2014. 8 PM
Proof: Anyone who has the kos line were and then tried to run away i killed, it was all under a command of a person so he chose not to shoot when i had to anyone but another person. maybe i shot but someone mistakenly gone. 1 you still get only a warning from and no perma ban? And if i has someone RDM everyone deserves a new chance I think. New map new weapons new opportunity I would say. Please it was my favorite server give him just 1 more chance to proof myself.

First off, you're forgetting the fact that you killed me and left to avoid the punishment. Also the people you were shooting were no where near your base and I don't remember them going past your KOS line, so once again I'm denying this appeal.
