TOPIC: "Speed hack" ban for 1 day

Reason - So called "Speedhack"
Server - Semi-Serious DarkRP
Time - Ban time = 1 day
Story - I was walking around Spawn, mainly to look for criminals as I was a cop. I sprinted, then an admin came to me and accused me of speedhacking. I didn't knew what he ment, as I was going normal speed. He also said that I was doing "Suspicious stuff" which I didn't do, but it might be other Crimson (name - Crimson. He was a godfather) as once I was once mistaken with him about RDM stuff. Anyway, back to story....admin told me to appeal here and tell everything etc. However, it might be his problem he saw me faster speed than anyone else. It could be lag, or very weakly noticeable DDoS, or props. Sometimes people stay in place then like teleport few meters away, when I play so it might be the server bug and the reason of whole the choas.
Proof - None. I didn't had fraps on, as I didn't feeled I have any reason to. Nor seemed to have admin, other than his own eyesight.
Extra Info - As I said, it might be lag/Server bug. People once freeze in 1 place, then tp about 5-10 meters away. Could be because of props (ping was decent) so once again, this might be the reason of this misunderstanding. Or simply his game's bug, I didn't speedhack for sure. Admin also wanted me to apeal here after he send the 1 day ban.

P.S Admin also said that if I would continue to speedhack, I would get pernament ban. So if it goes like that, I am fried ;_;

It seems that I won't play within 24 hours on my fav server....shame. Well, at least ESO is launching...

I will deny this because the part that I have a constant Higher ping then you so It cannot be lag. And we had 2-3 people reporting you for speed hacking and when I came to you, you where not only in the swimming animation but matching the speed I would be moving in noclip max speed. I am sorry if you are innocent but I cannot do anything to help that because the evidence is leaning towards you being guilty.

So I'll be banned for 1 day, possibly even more because:
1. People have laggy PC/I do and people don't catch up with me as I also sprint.
2. They could mistake me with the other Crimson. I already was warned that night for RDM I didn't do, but other Crimson did so that might also confuse people.
3. GMod isn't supposed to handle crowds, nor props that come with it.
OK, ok. Next time I'll try to record with fraps. But bloody, how am I supposed to counter anything if I got a clone, a lag for some reason, a sprint, not always working fraps, space on disc problems, an already warning because person with simlar name done something that I did not do....and all they have is their eye-sight. Great. Maybe even I get a week ban....sigh....
Went back to a game after 1-2 month, gets banned for speedhacking that didn't occur, gg.

Ok MrCrimson, it is very rare that we get complaints of speed hacking and when an admin who has not to my knowledge banned someone for speed hacking bans you then there must be some substance to it. It was only a day ban and this could be easily sat through.
