Admins name - I dont know (it was SuperAdmin)
Reason - random ban?
Server - DarkRP
Time - i dont know
Story - I going into my house and admin grabbed me on roof, I get disconnect and after trying to log it says im banned.
Proof - Dont have it was too fast and i get disconnect
Extra information -

I would strongly recommend you to put a bit more effort into your Unban request.
And if you have any pictures of it happening/proof etc, then the chance of you getting unbanned would increase

I kind of agree with Bang. If a SuperAdmin bans you for leaving (Disconnecting) then you must've done something pretty bad and probably got what was needed.

ok.. I have seen many cases where admin take someone else and he did mistake.. i can be the same mistake. And where can i get information of my ban? Admin didnt tell me nothing about for how long im banned.My friend asking on server but nobody respond him.

Not enough information and little effort put into this appeal. SuperAdmins do not ban randomly and if you disconnected for a minor rule break then you would've been given a small temporary ban.
