TOPIC: [DARKRP] Banned for no reason

Admin's name: I can't remember it. Only thing i have remembered - he have kind of chlid voice.
Reason: Some made up reason. "Trolling, Prob blocking" etc.
Server: DarkRP.
Time: 1 Week.
Story:
Me(Hector aka Mogammed Yousuf) received today a ban for trying to defend myself. It all started when I was trying to build a gun shop until everybody trying to kill me or stop me in many ways. Among all there was one guy, a banker, that RP name I do not remember who thought it would be a great idea - throw bombs across the street near the Bank with remote control. How much I have not tried to fight him back(with guns and grenades of course), he keep coming to kill me(and other innocents) with his god damn bomb's. He was so successful in this, that one of his bombs fucked up my Gun's Shop completly, so i decided to propblock him before he chill out or admin\mod awakes. But for a fucking reason, i get banned for a whole week.

Yes, i agree and know, i have some issues in the past in this servers, like NLR timing or disputes over territory and the construction of buildings on the street without a permit, but if ZARP have ZERO tolerance to SELF DEFENCE - just tell me.
Proof: Nothing just words.
Extra information: He was work with another two bankers, so they make sure i get banned while i trying to stop this guy after he ucked up my entire shop.

You did admit to breaking the rules yourself which isn't really good for your case. As well as propblocking because someone else broke the rules doesn't mean it is OK. When players try to take admin matters into their own hands it usually ends badly for them. I would like to see other people's opinions first before I would make a decision. Although another admin may accept or deny this if they wish.

Dear mohammed!

1. You came to my bank and started propblocking doors. When i warned you before ( 30 mins ) ago, you were building on someones property and refusing to contact.
2. You were not selling guns, you was some time in my bank.
3. You should watch your language in unban app.
4. How could estonia bombard, he was with me all the time. If he throwed it in bank he maked it in defence.
5. There was textscreen "bank of zarp" and you tried to build gunshop in bank ?

I banned you for valid reasons. As Baron said he will decide about this.

I didn't say I would decide, I said if I were to decide I would need more opinions. Anyone else can come along and accept this or deny it if they want to.

TW!X, you should take this one into your hands, it's your ban.

Also it sounds like the message of what happened wasn't getting across to the banned individual, it sounds like you didn't speak to him at all and if you did it was rushed and he failed to understand.

I had bombs inside bank for defence from robbers. I was with my fellow banker and admin all the time. You came in and prop blocked us, no wonder you get killed like that.

Ok I'll just say this now, you don't have any proof of them breaking rules, so there is no excuse for you to do it. Denied
