Reason - "Breaking NLR, warned before" it was the first time i broke nlr ever. And i got banned for it?

Time - 6 Hours
Story - I was in my base, Xhantium came and shot me, i ran back immediately after i got killed, I just saw him, he shot at me and i ran away. 5 minutes later i got banned...

I'm going to +Support this on the account of:
THE BAN BEING TO DAMN LONG (No not high.)
I'd ban someone for something like, 10-15 minutes for breaking NLR. But 6 hours?!
Now, I'm not saying unban him, but shorten the ban.

This admin is abusing me aswell, i talked to him and he endangered to extend Barrack's ban with 2 weeks, alsow he told me to dont "ask him to come" or i'll get banned aswell. And 6 hours ban... that is just too much-.- +SUPPORT
