You've been playing for around six months now.

Since the beta for new ZARP, at the beta, you were a super minge.

Then we had the new map, I became mod there, I had to warn you 11 times straight.

You kept on minging, even now.

So I perma banned you for it.

Baron von Schnitzelmeister will agree with this, and I'm sure many others will aswell.

A administrator may accept/deny this.

Note that if you accept this, I will perma ban him once I see him break one more rule, so it's useless.

You are absolutely correct on this one Michael_Evans. I agree with your choice to have him permanently banned. He constantly brakes rules, but always claims that he isn't. For example last night he RDMd someone and he just kept saying to me "Not RDM" and that was it. I saw the entire thing but all would say was "Not RDM." He has being doing this for so long I think he needs to keep the permanent ban.

I appreciate the comments, but since everyone was unbanned that time Shell minged, they were given a fresh start.

That means, no historical/ZARP beta stuff will count - I think this seems a bit too much for him killing a cop whilst wanted, and since no proof has overturned I have unbanned him.
