Pretty much, I got on the server late at night. I got on and someone said admin to me prop block, I went to them followed them up in a hotel there were huge props blocking off nearly the whole hotel. No keypads or anything, I then deleted them and banned the player. He had nothing up here but he was prop blocking a players house and more.
