Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? no reason specified
Server - What server did you get banned from? darkrp , zarp
Story - What happend? nothing
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what heppend? not really
Extra information - What server did you get banned on? How long, was it a permanent ban? What date and time did this happend? Any witness? got banned permanently, today about half an hour ago, shell is my witness
