Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be? AnarchyTM
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? I do not know, all I know is I got banned for (reason) while in my home
Server - What server did you get banned from? DarkRP1
Story - What happend? I was in my base minding my own business and then bam. perma banned, he/she/it may have got the wrong person but I'm unsure
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what heppend? No, but you spelled happened wrong xD
Extra information - What server did you get banned on? How long, was it a permanent ban? What date and time did this happend? Any witness? darkrp1, perma, around 10:10PM GMT on 30/10/2013. Thanks
