Here I get accepted as mod, doing my job with all my heart and getting all my ban requests accepted. Not a single decline.
I resign as mod after 3 days, because I dont feel like its me, being a mod. I resign with the face of being a good mod and to not start abusing and making Zarp look bad.

I have 350+ hours on the Zarp server.
I know every trick there is to know.
I have 58 million, on top of every achievement you can get.
I play 10 hours+ a day.
I help people everyday, with bases, with roleplaying etc.
Dante is very good socially and knows how to manipulate people. And trust me, he does NOT know the rules, and he manipulated people into thinking I break rules and annoy people 10 hours a day.

But the fact is. Dante started playing again on the new zarp 3 days ago.
Dante is too good at manipulating.
I get banned for "Community Infringements" after Dante started playing.

I want you to look at the TRUE facts I have layed down on the table here.

Extra information - What server did you get banned on? How long, was it a permanent ban? What date and time did this happend? Any witness?

Well from playing with dafran before i know hes a very good player and he would not do anything to break the rules. Ive spoke to him alot and hes not the type of guy to do so.

Logically; I thought being banned for "Community Infringement" is kind of, well, stupid. What kind of Dark-RP server bans someone for raiding constantly? In essence, Dark-RP is a role-play game-mode that allows players to act as criminals. I'm not exactly certain of the entire situation, and I would like to get both sides of the story, but I don't believe somene should be banned for "Community Infringement" if they can say:

I'm about to give a complicated explanation, which definitely suits this complicated case (as I do believe the community should know about this decision).

Despite your '+supports' which have become insurmountable, events had led to a permanent ban of Dafran. Zart and I pulled both Dafran and the victim, Dante, into a teamspeak channel to discuss their differences and stories - there was heated debate.

Following the discussions, Zart threw in some of his own observations of Dafran's statements and how they fall into common sense & FailRP rules, which Dafran did seem to see as quite shrewd.

Regardless, I for one agree with the observations in their entirety. Zart and I took to a private channel to reach a verdict, which entailed us drafting a list of words which would cover his offenses and explain the ban to him. He was explained these, and some were argued - Dafran claiming to have only printed in someone else's base and protesting just to have a warn.

The list was as follows:

1. Minge/trolling. During the whole dispute, Dafran confessed that he was a troll and behaved in that way for his own personal kicks. Zart gave no gratitude towards this, nor did Dante or I, the community does not need people purposely out there to ruin peoples days and potentially harass them to the point where they leave the server. Trolling can't be proven unless blatantly obvious, but to confess to as an enjoyment of a game is not what we need at ZARP Gaming.
2. Provocation/harassment of players. On one night, Dafran made several consecutive attempts in his character to come back to seek a reaction from Dante - New Life Rule on a Semi Serious server disregards coming back to your own base, but on several occasions coming back to treat someone in the same way at their own property? No. This was not determined as RP under any circumstance.
3. Offensive stereotypes. Dafran, having made sexually oriented comments towards Dante in which he did not wish to hear - claimed to have been RPing as a homosexual individual. This included comments relating to sextoys such as 'Buttplugs' and 'being inside one another'. This was indeed a stereotype.
4. FailRP. Dafran repeatedly admitted to raiding for his own pleasure, this is not just relating to Dante, the whole server. You do not need a reason to raid, the rules don't ask for that - but after this statement, we asked the questions "Why would you raid a base with something you know there is nothing in?" - His response: "The mayor might have been in there" - but he could not prove this. It's not a major offense, but we see this as FailRP since he had already confessed to being a troll. As well as this, he just doesn't see the thief job as someone whom raids to gain something - he sees it as fun. This was also deemed a failure of roleplay.

We then asked Dante, as the victim, to state how long he feels he should be punished for within the frame of 2-3 days (the set curfew by myself and Zart), but Dafran intervened stating that he would only stand for "a complete unban or stay banned for a week." Zart stated that he did not like this attitude, as he had been given an extremely reasonable offer, and the fact that we were spending our time to resolve his disputed ban - and he gave him the offer of 2-3 days or a permanent ban.

He chose the permanent ban, had a chuckle about it - and left.

Do you see a community member in this?

We didn't. Zart, Agent and I didn't condone the threat, and the permanent ban was put in place.
