Admins name - Who banned you/who might it be? I've been told it was Jabbe.
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? "Trying to crash the server"
Server - What server did you get banned from? DarkRP 1
Story - What happened? I was a gangster and I thought i might tease the cops a little by placing a couple of shipments down, turns out I was "Trying to crash the server" I am sorry about it and I thought the server could handle it. I have also saw VIPs do it before (They should set an example) So I thought it was allowed. Thanks.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? I admit to placing 7-10 shipments down.
Extra information - What server did you get banned on? How long, was it a permanent ban? What date and time did this happened? Any witness? Perm ban, around 17:30 GMT Time. Thanks.

Thanks for submitting this report.

You admit to spawning in several shipments of gangster pistols, this could be misunderstood as trying to crash the server and it does also lag the server a great deal if you spawn more in. Personally I think your ban should be shortened but its up to jabbe to decide as he banned you.

You spawned atleast 15 shipments, I know you made more, but I'm saying ATLEAST 15.
You spawned them in the police station, where police spawn, to make them stuck, and all the shipments got blown up after, and caused a bit of lag, which probably were your plan.

By reading the rules, you would know that, that kind of shit isn't acceptable.
Doing something illegal, because you saw someone else doing it, wont make the situation easier for you.

1. Looked like attempt crash server

3. Block the police that would spawn

If you truly love this server, you would never have done such thing like this. But, I am willing to shorten the ban to 2 days, DEPENDS on the peoples thoughts on this.

Honestly, this is my favourite server. I have played many hours and earned around 6 million from doing so.
I really didn't think I made 15 or even more, but I didn't count so I can't be 100% on that.
I have made friendships on the server with MissingPotato and I would hate to not be able to play with him.
I never would of planned to crash or even slightly lag the server and I am sorry that it came across that way.
I would greatly respect if you gave me one more chance.

This old sorry excuse. If this is truly your favorite server, why would you do all this crap to get yourself banned in the first place?

I'd personally permaban anyone straight out if they tried crashing the server, no exceptions. Lying to a Super admin and blocking the police spawn is just another kick in the groin.

Don't blame other people for your mistakes. If you DID see a VIP breaking the rules such as propblock and attempting to crash the server (Which I highly doubt, as to I would question why they donated for VIP in the first place. Gavin being an exception.) you should've reported it straight to a moderator, admin or a Super admin. Not just reenact it. A bit of common sense goes a long way, don't you think?

As to what I think of the appeal, I'm still not sure if it should be shortened or not. If it was up to me, I probably wouldn't even consider it. The less people trying to crash the server the better.

Thanks Jacob, everybody makes mistakes and I honestly didn't know I would get banned for it.

Ill talk to Jabbe but i cant promise anything. Without any evidence we dont know if you did break the rules to get banned.
I will speak with him when I'm back.
