TOPIC: [ACCEPTED]dafran ban appeal

Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? He made an event, his base was shitty, took advantage of it and took his 10 mill with a friend

Server - What server did you get banned from? Zarp DARKRP

Story - What happend? Keypad cracked it from far away. Rules dont say its not allowed, actually, noone has ever said anything about it. I just assumed the keypad cracker is wireless
Also, got banned for lying to an admin. I confessed to it straight away, he didnt even know we did it, we told him.
He said in danish "Give me the money or ban"
I said "Ban me"
How is that lying?
Anyways, that was kinda off topic. Got perma banned for a thing which is not described in the rules or has rumors about

Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what heppend? Nope

Extra information - What server did you get banned on? How long, was it a permanent ban? What date and
time did this happend? Any witness? Permanent.

I'd like to see his explanation on this, if this was the reason then it was a completely invalid ban.

This sounds horrible, at least my events aren't as batshit crazy as this, GG on the 10 mil though.

Woah woah woah.

Let me explain my side of the story.
I was having a good base, and none could raid me, people tried, but they all failed.
So I made up a bet, the guy who could raid me legit, would get 10Mil.

The last week, I've been getting reports on Dafran, all the time almost, he has been going Radio Manager, and spamming music, I let him go easily with a warning. Because I knew he was a great guy, and he knew better.

So when he raided my base, I was wondering how the fading opened out of nothing, I quick investigate, but at the time, they came into my base, and eventually killed me. I agreed that they won the bet. And gave Beagle and Dafran 5mil each.

Dafran then tells me, that he had been abusing the bug, that you can keypad crack from a long distance, I quickly tell him that it's not allowed, and I need the money back, because I said it should be legit. He refuses, and walks away.

This is where I tell him that, if he dont give me the money back, because he exploited a bug, I was going to ban him. He refuses, and tells me straight up, ban me. I get angry at this time, but I keep my calm, and I asked David if it was allowed or not, he claimed that it was not allowed, and I should be refunded the money by Smallville.

I tell David no, that this isn't Smallville's problem, and that I want the money from Dafran, because he is the guy abusing the bug. I inform Dafran again, that this is a bug, and David told me aswell, but yet AGAIN, Dafran says no.

Beagle is a nice guy, and offered me the money back, I said no, keep the money, I just wanted to hear that sentence, that he would give the money back, because he knew he was in the wrong, love you for that Beagle.

So I banned Dafran for this, and I will say this 10 times, I am not unbanning Dafran, Chris, if you want you can take this case in own hand and unban him, [s:3ke5w1yk]but I'm not doing it, the ban was deserved[/s:3ke5w1yk], as he has already broke multiple rules before, and now he abuses bug and refuses to give money back.

I had a little chat with Zart and Smallville, Zart didn't disagree in my doing, but Smallville did, he asked me if I could shorten the ban, but I am not doing anything.

Keypad cracking from a distance is a bug? So many people would be banned for that if I had known!

Guys, its not just common sense, theres a rule saying do not exploit bugs in any way. Dafran you should know better that you cant keypad crack far away. Anyways, Jabbe, keypad cracking from a far isnt a permanent ban.

Its not a bug as the keypad cracker has always been wireless and not one can really give thr excat range of it. Its not common sense at all as this is a complicated matter, permament ban for this is unnecessary.
