Let me explain my side of the story.
I was having a good base, and none could raid me, people tried, but they all failed.
So I made up a bet, the guy who could raid me legit, would get 10Mil.

The last week, I've been getting reports on Dafran, all the time almost, he has been going Radio Manager, and spamming music, I let him go easily with a warning. Because I knew he was a great guy, and he knew better.

So when he raided my base, I was wondering how the fading opened out of nothing, I quick investigate, but at the time, they came into my base, and eventually killed me. I agreed that they won the bet. And gave Beagle and Dafran 5mil each.

Dafran then tells me, that he had been abusing the bug, that you can keypad crack from a long distance, I quickly tell him that it's not allowed, and I need the money back, because I said it should be legit. He refuses, and walks away.

This is where I tell him that, if he dont give me the money back, because he exploited a bug, I was going to ban him. He refuses, and tells me straight up, ban me. I get angry at this time, but I keep my calm, and I asked David if it was allowed or not, he claimed that it was not allowed, and I should be refunded the money by Smallville.

I tell David no, that this isn't Smallville's problem, and that I want the money from Dafran, because he is the guy abusing the bug. I inform Dafran again, that this is a bug, and David told me aswell, but yet AGAIN, Dafran says no.

Beagle is a nice guy, and offered me the money back, I said no, keep the money, I just wanted to hear that sentence, that he would give the money back, because he knew he was in the wrong, love you for that Beagle.

So I banned Dafran for this, and I will say this 10 times, I am not unbanning Dafran, Chris, if you want you can take this case in own hand and unban him, [s:3ke5w1yk]but I'm not doing it, the ban was deserved[/s:3ke5w1yk], as he has already broke multiple rules before, and now he abuses bug and refuses to give money back.

I had a little chat with Zart and Smallville, Zart didn't disagree in my doing, but Smallville did, he asked me if I could shorten the ban, but I am not doing anything.
