Staff Members Name - Nerve

Punishment Reason - ARDM

Server - SSRP

Story/Situation - Turtlx was firing Brenden which is an ally of mine and a friend and I was shooting him back, was warned by Nerve for ARDM - I believe this is to target me as I am applying for admin as it's not the first time I'd appriciate it if a SA+ handles this.

Extra Information -
Nerve's side:

"Nerve: care to explain yourself before i issue a warn, you ardmed him in his jet while he was drug running"
"Nerve: you cannot defend a cop as a gangster"
"Nerve: for this reasoning im gonna warn you, i think you need to catch up on the rules afro"

Presuming it is right there is no way I could have known that Turtlx is a drug dealer and Brenden is a cop, just saw someone in jet shoot a friend of mine I strongly feel this warning is to prevent me from applying as a staff member for reasons unknown to me.

To add onto this your lying in your appeal, you said you couldnt tell what jobs they were, turtlx is clearly wanted and you can see tam as a fbi at the start. You could just say you don't want me as a fellow staff member with you.

I have no issues with you being staff, you just need to follow the rules and you wouldn't have been punished.

So i let you off with a verbal which i could have warned you for which you tried correcting me on, then you break the rules again and i warn you and I'm unfair? You think I'm targeting you because your going for staff whereas in reality, staff app or not i still would have punished you.

I mean, Baxter is correct; you shouldn't just jump into a situation if you don't have enough details. Also, you say, How could you have known that Turtlx is a drug dealer and Brenden is an FBI, but you can somehow clearly tell that your gang ally is being shot but not their job?
