TOPIC: [SSRP] Ban Appeal - oven

Hey oven,

You've been detected by one of our new automated systems. This detection method was voted on during the last CM team meeting. Due to the abundance of misinformation and lack of transparency surrounding this issue, I'll provide some additional details here:

We've recently implemented several new automated detection measures to address the rampant cheating issue on the server. These new systems have been actively running in the background for a while now. We've intentionally held off on taking action and have been closely monitoring the results of these new detections to minimize the risk of false punishments to the best of our abilities. We continue to monitor their accuracy. Every individual banned during the recent cheating ban wave on Sunday was caught by one or more of these new automated detections while playing on the server over the past few weeks. At this point, we are confident in the validity of these detections. The decision to issue these bans was not made by individual members of the Community Team; rather, it was a collective decision that was thoroughly discussed and voted on, as with any other detection method.

If you believe you've been falsely banned due to these new automated detection methods, please don't hesitate to reach out directly to the Community Team via Discord or submit a detailed appeal providing as much information as possible to help us investigate the issue. Here's a list of some useful information you could provide:

• Are you playing the game on 32-bit or 64-bit?
• Have you made any modifications to your game (e.g., clientside addons, skins, custom autoexec.cfg, other convar changes, etc.)?
• Were you running any other programs that directly or indirectly interact with your game (e.g., auto clickers, macros, etc.)?
• Were you engaging in any unconventional in-game activities that you believe might have triggered an automated detection?
• Do you have any other suspicions as to why you might have been detected?

I hope you understand that we cannot provide you with a detailed breakdown of how or when you were detected, as doing so would compromise the effectiveness of our new detection methods. If we determine that you have indeed been falsely detected and punished, we will promptly revoke your punishment in accordance with our hacking policy.
