Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? Warnings + nlring
Server - What server did you get banned from? darkrp
Time - How long were you banned for? 5 days
Story - What happened? i was countering a bank raid that i thought was happening. I assumed they were raiding the bank as they were firing back at the police officers, however after arresting one of the raiders i was told by the same staff member that there was no bank raid and that i had nlred to arrest him. i was given the option to refund but was never told the consequence of not refunding the item as i thought I had not broken the rules.
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? no
Extra Information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. i feel as if 5 days is quite alot for what i did but understand i broke the rules and i am sorry. i am willing to refund the items if you wanted.

After talking with Yisyas we've decided to deny this appeal. Yisyas gave you one chance to refund the item and then you said 'no thanks' now yisyas does not want the refund A 5 day ban for 6 punishments is valid.
