Based on the fact that you simply made a very dodgy and inappropriate remark (and nothing more), I feel like you should have been unbanned and had your rank reinstated. After chatting with both Faithful and Jawson regarding the matter, we believe the wound to still be rather fresh; as a result, the ban will stay in place for the moment. While it is good that the person in question forgave you, the issues this raises in general are a matter of concern for us.

Give it some time to consider your actions; you may appeal again at your leisure once you feel you've had sufficient time to think about this.

For now, this appeal is :denied:
