Story/Situation - What happened?
So there was a city event, i placed a hit on sinz and he placed a tac, i then destroyed the tac, he tried to kill me so i killed him, but the part i was warned for was destroying the tac
Extra Information - Anything you would find relevant to your punishments(s)?
Sorry for breaking the rules, ripping an item that sinz scammed people for putting in his shop for 2m. if that tac really did mean the world to you sinz that you made 2 reports, i can always refund you 2m or a tac!

Not necessarily. If his rapsheet is clean and this was the only instance of a rulebreak, I see no reason not to withdraw the punishment in question - Since realistically, sinz was barely affected by the incident (he has like 40 billion and dozens of tacs). Furthermore, it was determined (based on past reports) that sinz was going out of his way to provoke a reaction and force yisyas to break the rules just so he can get him off the server. So I'd definitely take that into account too.

However, if he does have multiple recent punishments, then the warn should stick since realistically a verbal wouldn't be practical.
