Hey,
There isn't really a template for this so I’m making my own as I go. I’m appealing the decision to deny the punishment request i submitted for lerpson RDA'ing me. Original request link: zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/report-ab...ment-request-lerpson Reason for denial: "This is such a small thing and there is no real reason to punish for it." Denied by: JoshuaIsGreat Reason for Appeal: Lerpson is incredibly toxic and a mass rule breaker. He has recent warnings as well as many other issues he has gotten away with. What I provided was crystal clear RDA, a breach of the rules that impacted my time on the server. If you fail to punish people for rule breaks expect many more to follow suit and break the rules because right now you have set a precedent that I can go and RDA who ever I want because don’t worry, it’s such a small thing, doesn’t need punishing… A breach of the rules is a breach of a rules, they are clear cut for that reason. If you leave everything up to individual perception you will get absolutely nowhere and end up with grey areas for every topic because no two people think exactly the same. You have agreed that this is a rule break by stating that it is a small thing, please treat it as a rule break, check the players recent warning (definitely some there) and punish accordingly. Please re-consider this decision. Thanks, Dan. |

This is usually not how you'd go about objecting to an administrators decision in regards to a verdict on a certain appeal/report. If you are unhappy with the outcome, you can simply make another RA using the same details and evidence whilst also stating that you don't want "X" admin to handle.
