Reason - Hacking + trying to crash the server

Time - Permanent
Story - The halloween update came out and I used net messages to spin the event's wheel hundreds of times per second. This lagged the server and I got banned for cheating. Then, I came back as a banned player and used another net exploit to spawn massive props which lagged the server and i got another ban.
Proof - No
