Extra Information - I had 3 recents at the time for RDM, although 2 of them were due to expire in a few hours (they're gone now (they were also warnings from sinz)). 5 days seems excessive given it had practically been 2 weeks since my first 2 warnings, and a week since the last. I apologize to the miners that died due to my actions, and I can assure you it will probably not happen again maybe.
