Reason - Collecting advent calendar rewards on multiple alts
Server - SSRP
Time - 2 Weeks
Story - I collected advent calendar rewards on multiple alts without knowing that it wasn't allowed
Proof - Don't need proof it's in the logs
Extra Information - The last time i was banned it was because of alts abuse (Casino/Drug Run). But now the admins that banned me said that i'm getting a 2 week ban because of my previous behavior but it's not like i did the same mistake twice... After my last ban just before making my appeal i did read the part of the rules that were about alt accounts. But now i get banned for something that is not in the rules. Other people did the same thing not knowing it was against the rules but i'm the only one to get banned for that long, apparently because of my "previous behavior". I gave back all of the items i got in the advent calendar to Auzzi and he destroyed them so it's like nothing happened. I showed the part of the rules that are about alt accounts to other player and they don't understand why i got banned. If i don't get unbanned at least i want the rules to be more specific about what is allowed and what is not, so in the future me and other players won't be punished for something they thought was allowed.

The Rules about alts:

1.10 Alternate Accounts - Using alternate accounts to interact with NPCs or to give yourself an RP advantage is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to bailing yourself out with an alternate account. Furthermore, players may only join events on one account and cannot use any alternate accounts to boost their chances of winning the event. They are also not permitted to "hold" a base with an alt account while they do other things, as an example: buying the door on your alternate account whilst using your main account to raid a base as a police job.

The following are some examples of what is not allowed to be done by Alternative Accounts:
- Joining Events
- Bank/Casino Raids
- Drug Runs
- Using alt accounts to complete Daily Objectives of another account
- Using alt accounts to bypass player limits on server events or actions (ie. Nukes / bank / casino raids)
- Using alt accounts to claim rewards for levelling up jobs (ie. Nuclear Scientist, Police, etc.)

Using alt accounts for mining & missions is still allowed.
(So actively doing random stuff to get rewards is allowed but clicking on the advent calendar is not???)

IMO it is quite obvious that you shouldn't be using an alt account for a lot of things other than what it literally states in the rules which you put in bold "Using alt accounts for mining & missions is still allowed."

I simply see this as an error from your side and I do understand the dispute you somewhat have against this ban, we could have been a bit more clearer in hindsight. I'm going to be accepting this appeal and your ban will be lifted, we do appreciate your cooperation with the staff members and have kept a good conduct.
